New Floathome Zoning with Langley Township. New forty (40) year lease July 1, 1999 with Fraser River Port Authority. Floathome berths consequently available with sub-lease terms 1-40 years.

Rental review every five (5) years to reflect Head lease terms and operational cost fluctuation.

Queensborough is undergoing a transformation with a number of applications for float home marinas and upland development. Once in place this could become a safe haven for existing float homes. New Westminster's official community plan seems to be in place for smooth sailing in the future.
